In addition, it would be best to consider installing high-efficiency heating or cooling systems. All of these options help create healthy indoor environments. Finally, make sure your office space stays clean and odor free. It’s essential to keep up regular cleaning schedules. 1. Always open windows when possibleWindows help brings in the fresh air and reduces the chances of bacteria buildup. We should make sure to open the window whenever possible while at work. If not possible, we should go outside for a few minutes and open the door to let in the fresh air. We should use opening/closing devices (if available) to maximize the exposure time and minimize the risk of building up bacteria. 2. Use exhaust fansAn exhaust fan helps circulate the stagnant air out of the room. The exhaust fan should be placed near the floor and away from furniture, electrical equipment, computers, etc. You can install ceiling fans instead of exhaust fans, but they don't provide enough circulation. 3.
